RETURN POLICY
No returns will be accepted unless they comply fully to the procedure as set out herein:
1. To be eligible for the return of products for credit, all goods must be:
1.1 In their original purchase condition and packaging;
1.2 Unmarked;
1.3 Included with all product documentation; and
1.4 Returned within 14 days of invoice date.
2. If goods were delivered in error, incorrectly supplied or were damaged in transit, Agridelta SA must be notified within 24 Hours of delivery. Goods correctly supplied are not returnable under any circumstances.
3. All returns should be pre-arranged with your sales person before items will be collected by Agridelta SA.
4. A 20% handling fee will be charged on returns.
5. No credit will be given for items delivered to the Agridelta SA offices without prior authorization.
6. Please note special orders are non-returnable.
7. Please note that no goods will be accepted by our drivers without a collection form.
